
INGREDIENTS
- 1lb beyond meat, thawed if frozen
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup vegan Parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375° F
- Dice onion, mince garlic, and chop parsley.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion to pan. Sautee until onion becomes translucent. Set aside once cooked to cool.
- In a small bowl combine bread crumbs, garlic granules, onion granules, dried oregano, and white pepper.
- In a large bowl add thawed beyond meat, sauteed onion and garlic, parsley, spice mixture, and vegan cheese.
- Use a spoon, spatula, or your hand to combine mixture together well.
- Once mixed, create your amazeballs with the mixture. I divided the mixture into about 16 amazeballs of roughly the same size.
- Place amazeballs on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 375° F for 20-25 minutes.
