
I LOVE a good vegan mac n cheeze and I wanted to make something different from the super easy vegan mac n cheeze that I normally make. This is what I came up with! It is creamy, gooey, and absolutely delicious. I hope you all enjoy this one! xX
Just a quick little tip since this has a lot of different vegan cheeses, check your local grocery outlet! I was pleasantly surprised by just how many vegan products they have, including vegan cheeses!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb pasta of choice, cooked per directions
- 2 cups full fat oatly
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 bag of vegan cheddar, I used violife
- ½ c field roast chao shreds
- ¼ c vegan parm shreds, I used Trader Joe’s
- ¼ c nutritional yeast
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add pasta and cook per directions on package.
- Once pasta is done cooking, strain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt the vegan butter on medium-high heat then add the rest of the ingredients, whisking the ingredients together.
- Bring sauce to a boil, whisking occasionally to combine cheese into sauce as it melts. When the cheese has fully melted, the sauce will change in color. This is usually how I tell that the sauce is done!
- Once sauce is done, transfer pasta back into the pot and mix cheese into it well.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with extra cheeses. Bake for 10-15 minutes then enjoy!
